Homebrew Cambion Species Details

"An Olympian soldier smashed their fist into the Nephilim's stomach. That was no normal human, their armor was white with red outlines depicting a pentagram with a singular eye dotted in the center, the points displaying the daemon children of Lucifer. It was a Cambion, a human with a daemon soul in their body, creating a warrior with superhuman capabilities. The Cambion used their other hand to snap the Nephilim's neck, before kicking its lifeless body aside. 'You need to move,' they said in a monotone voice. 'More will come.' The Cambion probably knew best, so I took off running down the streets, never looking back until I reached the Safehouse."

                                                                                                 —Ciaphas Rannick

A Cambion is the result of a bondage between a human and a daemon soul. Used as operatives by the Grand Design of Phosphorus, or to guard their Libraries, massive towers located on various planets, containing knowledge from various eras, some best left untouched. Older Cambions are bound to their armor, now acting as a carapace. Their organs are replaced with daemon organs, belonging to the species of daemon the soul was in life. The organs are merely to keep the body from collapsing. Now, a human-daemon hybrid, they are gifted with superhuman capabilities, and a devotion to their Lord.

Cambion Traits

The Cambion Warriors have been gifted with many abilities from the daemonic soul bound in their mortal flesh.

Daemonic Bond

You are classified as both humanoid and fiend, meaning you have a severe weakness to Radiant attacks, but you can retaliate with superhuman strength. You also happen to have an innate immunity to Lycanthropy and Vampirism.
