Age. Blights mature at around 13 years old, with a lifespan of 200 years, though most don't make it past their 30's due to the disease.

Size. Blights tend to more on the taller side, ranging from 6 to 8 feet tall. Your size is medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Cavesight. Skulking through dark caves has given you a sense of how to get around without sight. You have Tremorsense out to a range of 20 feet.

Constant Carrier. Due to the disease you carry, poisons effect on you is lessened and other diseases are warded off. You have resistance to Poison damage and an immunity to diseases other than the one you carry.

Sunlight Sensitivity. The caverns changed you, the sun shines too bright for your eyes to handle. You have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of the attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
