Homebrew Arklands Pallid Elf Species Details

Pallid Elves of Arklands are a sub-race of Elves predominantly native to the region of Myre. They are sometimes called "Moon Elves," and it is believed the first Pallid Elves were devoted followers of Mayurin, the Moon Spirit.

They have very pale skin, white or platinum hair, and pointed ears that curve down in an almost crescent shape.

Like other Elves, they live for around 800 years, and they don’t sleep but instead enter a trance when they need to rest. In that state, they remain aware of their surroundings while immersing themselves in memories and meditations.

You have proficiency in the Insight, Perception, or Survival skill.

Trance

You don’t need to sleep, and magic can’t put you to sleep. You can finish a Long Rest in 4 hours if you spend those hours in a trancelike meditation, during which you retain consciousness.
