Homebrew Bitwave Species Details

A rare occurrence when a being is born from Analog & Digitalized creatures.

Bitwaves are the sub-branch of creatures born from this phenomenon, as they come into existence through the procreation of an Analoid and a Vocaloid. Bitwaves are usually very goal oriented within finding their purpose in the world (as it stems from their Vocaloid heritage) and tend to find it early on in their existance. Bitwaves tend to live very long period of time, however they tend to wither as a fast pace due to their Analog side is outdated and struggling to keep itself alive. If a Bitwave has yet to find their profession by the age of 25, they will cease to exist.

Bitwaves naturally appear as their Analog side of their parents, however they have the ability to concentrate hard enough to shift their own frequency to appear as a humanoid (of course only resembling their Vocaloid side ). By the age of 18 they will be able to resemble as a humanoid without needing to keep their concentration focused on it. This form can only be disrupted by a near radius of frequency disturbance. After a short while after the disturbance has faded, they can revert back into their humanoid form. 

As a Bitwave, water tends to hurt you more than the average being. Due to being a mixture of Analog and Vocaloid beings ( which are highly electrical ) you end up having to take more damage to any sources of water, meaning you also cannot swim. Rain may have a chance to disrupt your Humanoid Form Feature based on a constitution saving throw.

Based on the different types of Analog and Vocaloid beings existing, a handful of Bitwaves now exist in this universe. Depending on both sides, Bitwaves will have special traits based on their heritage.
