Homebrew Caprithar Species Details

Caprithar are goat-like humanoids descended from ancient mountain lineages. Their bodies combine an upright posture with digitigrade legs and sturdy hooves. Curved or elongated horns vary by lineage, and their eyes often glow amber or gold when intense emotions arise.

 The first ancestral Caprithars were born from the natural crossbreeding of dragonborns and mountain goats, and after several centuries of evolution and adaptation to the terrain where they lived and to the dragon blood that flowed through their veins, they became the inhabitants of the steepest and most dangerous mountains of all time—creatures that are almost always extremely peaceful, but if you hurt them, either physically or emotionally, be prepared to be burned alive by the flames they naturally generate.

Among the Caprithar,  One of the most powerful and respected lineages within the species is that of the Dreemurr, originating in the Underground—a society where multiple humanoid species coexisted, from beastly creatures to conscious skeletons and animated objects. This lineage was known for its connection to the soul and to flames that transcended ordinary heat.

Today, few Caprithar know this history. And even fewer carry this blood.
