You must choose what dragon you are

Antacea Traits

Can change into a dragon at will, when you aren't, you are an elf

Shift

You can shift into a dragon at will
You start as a wyrmling

At level 5 you become a Young Dragon

Level 14 Adult Dragon

Level 20 Ancient Dragon

Half and Half

You have your wings out but are otherwise a normal elf
