Homebrew Cat Species Details
The awoken cat has quite a large conflict internally because of their need for curiosity and generally knowing that it might not end right. But having intelligence does not mean that one is intelligent meaning that the awoken cat might not generally be smart. For the most part cats have a strong connection to magic because of being almost students of wizards and could be awoken by magic.

Awoken Cats can weigh around 15-25 pounds
Awoken Cats are able to live between 10-30 years
The average height of an awoken cat is a foot.
They gain proficiency with deception and persuasion.
Because of their rarity and body shape it is hard to find armor for these little guys. But because of the lack of material blacksmiths and craters would have to use they would often opt to make their feline friends armor. But some might not be up for the challenge. Making the cost about the same for other armor.
Awoken Cats can only carry half the amount of stuff a regular person might be able to.
Cats can't generally carry weapons but weapons besides darts cost double to be made for cats.

Awoken cats with the lack of hands have the ability to move small thing with magic. As an example they are able to open a door with too much effort or assistance.
They are able to move small objects less than 5 lbs as an action and with in 10 ft of them.
It requires concentration.
Hunter
Though not preferred awoken cats have the ability to go hunt for their food.
Awoken cats don't need to be fed and can other wise go hunt, kill and eat small game.
Built for leaping
Awoken cats take 1/2 fall damage

When the awoken cat goes down they can choose 1 death saving throw to automatically succeed. Awoken cats can only do this once per life.
Dark Vision
Awoken Cats have dark vision up to 40 ft.
Languages
Awoken cats are able to talk their previous owners language and common. But aren't able to write with their paws.
