Each Primordial inhabits one of the four primary elements: Earth / Water / Fire / Air
Or rarely a hybrid is born taking on a new Element: Forest / Metal / Lightning

Air - Small jets of blood filled mist blast out of small holes across the body until the body drops to the floors leaving a large figure moving through the mist whilst being one with it.
Fire - Shining cracks begin to break on the skin until moments later they erupt into flames the burning carcass growing larger until only a large molten beast is left.
Earth - The skin begins to crumble and drop to the ground as sand and dust, after the body has fully collapsed out of the remains climbs and large hulking golem like creature.
Water - The body begins to bloat until water begins to almost bleed from every orifice , as the water is generated the carcass deflates and the swirling vortex of water stands tall.
Forest - The material body begins to ceush itself into a small 1 inch pellet, it falls to the ground after a few brief seconds and from the ground sprouts a large treant like creature.
Metal - From the fingertips and quickly across the body each piece of its form seems to melt into a silverish liquid, once the body has all pooled to the ground it raises up into a large shining shifting clycloptic creature.
Storm - The body begins to Vigorously vibrate at high speeds until the skin splits and lightning arch out to the ground around them, skin burns and peels away. All that is left is a creature brightly shining and making heavy buzzing and snapping noises.
This ability is usually saved for extermely dire situations as the aftermath on the users body can be fatal.
Gain your maximum health number in temporary Hit points.
This ability ends when the users temporary hit points are reduced to 0, if the player dies or if they voluntarily decide to end it early, if the user decides to end the ability early the temporary hit points are lost and the user suffers damage equal to half the damage taken to their true form rounded up and gains 1 level of exaustion. If the ability ends naturally rather than early the user takes damage points equal to half max health (rounded up) and gain 2 levels of exaustion.
Should the aftermath of this ability render the user unconscious they must make a death saving roll immediately.
Regardless to whether or not the players survived the abilities aftermath the elements around them are magically forged together to make a fresh humanoid body.
