Homebrew Artemisian Species Details

This species, although very fish-like has a set pair of lungs as well as gills, allowing them to breath both on land and sea. They usually range from shades of purple, to blue and green with black, or dark shaded hair. Some have the ability to control small amounts of water with their deep connection to the ocean. They are excellent swimmers with their webbed hands and feet, much like frogs.
