Homebrew City Hobgoblin Species Details

Rarer than city goblins, and not all living in large cities despite the common term used to describe them, city hobgoblins are integrated into the society of the Five Nations. They don't have the same connection to their heritage as the hobgoblins of Darguun, but they are still heirs of Dhakaan.
