Homebrew Demon Species Details

Contract demons are a distinct infernal caste born from the Abyssal Courts of Covenant, a region of the lower planes where desire itself becomes a physical force. Unlike chaotic fiends, these demons embody precision, etiquette, and ritual. Their existence revolves around the harvesting of mortal souls through consensual pacts.

They are not soldiers of Hell nor wanderers of the Abyss. They are deal‑makers, wish‑weavers, and soul gourmets, operating independently from most infernal hierarchies. Their refined nature and strict adherence to pact‑law make them both respected and feared among other fiends.

Contract demons often adopt humanoid forms to blend seamlessly into mortal society. Their preferred guise resembles aristocratic servants, scholars, or attendants.
