Encountered on a handful of worlds, Gibbering Humans are a strange and unsettling mutation of humanity. Their bodies are covered in mouths, while their faces have lost every feature save the mouth. Despite their disturbing appearance, they retain the ambition and resourcefulness of their ancestors.

Gibbering Humans vary greatly in appearance, with mouths appearing in different numbers and locations across their bodies. Their origins are disputed, though some scholars believe they emerged from humans exposed to strange planar energies. Wherever they travel, their constant murmuring and countless voices make them difficult to forget.
