Homebrew Carnate Species Details
Carnates were bred for stupid servitude. Bred to not rebel, not speak up, just do as they are told.
They are naturally strong and enduring, although their massive bodies are prone to several health issues such as heart attacks.

Creature Type: Humanoid
Size: Medium (about 6–7 feet tall and nearly as wide)
Speed: 30 feet
Powerful Punch
Your unarmed attacks get the push weapon mastery property.
Powerful Build
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or life.
Regeneration
Your troll heritage allows you to heal incredibly quickly from minor injuries. At the beginning of your turn, you can heal yourself for 1d4. You can use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus. You can not use this feature if you have taken acid or fire damage since your last turn or if you are at or below 0 HP.
