When exposed or traversing cold or freezing environments, You must spend the length of at least a short rest(Long Rest in below freezing temperatures.) per day near a heat source and must wear heavily insulating clothing. If you do not, you suffer a point of exhaustion(Double for below freezing environments.) A creature that does not have the trait "Cold blooded" may be used as a heat source, but you must spend the time within grappling distance in an insulated environment during that time.
