"Congrats, little Changdrin~ After all you have suffered by sheer willpower and admittedly a lot of luck you and your body has adapted in nigh impossible ways. You have become immortal to time and immune to drugs, you may think that is good but starting from now you have an eternity of hardships ahead of you and thanks to your immunities not even alcohol can dull your pain. Good luck little Changdrin~ You will need it."
- Unknown
While the possibility of their existence was always there regardless of how know they was, Changdrin required to be born by both an Eladrin Elf and a Changeling which not only are both spices on the rarer and more mysterious side, it's also a very unlikely match~ especially so since the elves have rules on interspecies relationships, than add on the extra fact that a child being successful and healthy born by the two races is like adding another difficult requirement to a task that could be perceived as impossible by many. Unfortunately being successful born isn't the last hurdle for the Changdrin, as from birth they will find themselves in excruciating pain that only gets worse until their body's finally mature at the age of 10. That being said most die in a matter of months and rarely make it to the age of five~ if they are lucky and their families haven't put them out of there misery.
All in all it's no wonder no one knows of their kind simply because most of the already incredibly rare Changdrin do not make it. Why do this happen and why is it so difficult for them to survive and mature, it could be anyone's guess but simply it's just the very mysterious and unique genes that they parents possess simply conflicts with one and other in other words creating something that wasn't meant for this world, creating an abomination so to speak. After all if one survives and matures, after so many difficulties, after the sheer amount of mutations the body creates to attempt to adapt finally creating a truly timeless body imperious to any and all poisons, diseases and the alike. As an extra the body mutates so much trying to survive it get rid of anything it doesn't need for survival, but not as a species as an individual leaving each and everyone completely infertile.

Changdrin are as slender as elf's but weighing only 75 to 125 pounds which is way lighter than practically all races of similar height and build. Males and females are about the same height, and males are only marginally heavier than females.
Changdrin have no natural facial or body hair.

Unusual and seemingly random mutation changed the Dark Vision you should be granted by your Elven parent has instead become Blindsight allowing you to sense what is around you up to 25ft away.
Trance
Changdrins like Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is “trance.”) While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.

Change Appearance
As an action, you can transform your appearance or revert to your natural form. You can’t duplicate the appearance of a creature you’ve never seen, and you revert to your natural form if you die.
You decide what you look like, including your height, weight, facial features, the sound of your voice, coloration, hair length, sex, and any other distinguishing characteristics. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your game statistics change. You also can’t appear as a creature of a different size than you, and your basic shape stays the same; if you’re bipedal, you can’t use this trait to become quadrupedal, for instance. Your clothing and other equipment don’t change in appearance, size, or shape to match your new form, requiring you to keep a few extra outfits on hand to make the most compelling disguise possible.
Even to the most astute observers, your ruse is usually indiscernible. If you rouse suspicion, or if a wary creature suspects something is amiss, you have advantage on any Charisma (Deception) check you make to avoid detection.
Fey Step
You can cast the misty step
spell once using this trait. You regain the ability to do so when you finish a short or long rest.
