Evolution was kind enough to give you six arms so I think you should use them.

With you six arms you can hold 3 two handed weapons, or 6 one handed weapons, or 4 shields and one 2 handed weapon, and the list of combinations you can have is quite long.

Even if you character does not have a multi-attack you can attack once with each weapon you have equipped, so for example if you have 6 one handed swords you attack once with each sword so that would be 6 attacks. If you have a multi-attack of,  let’s say, two attacks then you would use every weapon you have equipped once than after that you can choose to attack with one weapon. Here is a example; you have 3 two handed swords equipped, you would attack 1 with each sword (you would attack 3 times) and that would count as your first attack, for your second attack you choose one weapon, so let’s say sword 2#, then you attack with that one weapon not with all weapons just that one weapon. That would look like sword 1, then sword 2, than sword 3, then you choose to use sword 2 again as you second attack.
