Ability Score Increase

You gain a +2 to dexterity and +1 to strength

Smash Hits

You can expand your limbs in unknown and slightly weird positions.
Whenever you have advantage on a dexterity saving throw, but this doesn't affect disadvantage
In addition, if you land 3 un-armed strikes back-to-back (1 hit per turn, on the same enemy), your can add an additional 1d4 to your next unarmed strike's damage roll and it knocks the target prone for a turn

RUN!!!!!

Using a turn, you gain +10 ft of movement, and as a bonus action, you can make an unarmed strike with ram horns from your head or as wrecking ball to deal an unarmed strike. To end it, you must either use a turn to stop, be hit by an enemy, or attack with your bonus action. You gain 1 level of exhaustion afterwards.
This ability cannot be used if you have disadvantage on dexterity throws in your current area or you are exhausted.

Eating Time!

Once per long rest, you can use your tongue to eat any ranged attack that is a spell. the spell can only be eaten if its cast at level 1 or 2, if its a cantrip, or the attack does 10 or less damage.
In addition, you can use an action to make a dexterity roll, and on a success, you latch onto a target within 20 feet of you, and you can pull yourself to them. Failing the check will allow the intended target to make an unarmed strike against you that automatically succeeds, no matter what conditions you have.

Technology, for Toads

You are proficient with land vehicles. If you have a pouch of 20 gp, a bundle of a metallic substance and either an artisans set or someone who is trained in the art of welding, you can make the famous HoverBike. It takes an action to get on, and has a movement speed of 40ft. if you get hit, crash, or dont move on your turn, the bike explodes, launching you 10ft. in a random direction and dealing 1d10 fire damage to the rider. you can use your tongue or a bonus action to get off, in which it will deactivate and vanish. You can spend 1 bonus action to whistle and call it back.
