Homebrew Avian Species Details
Avians are a tight knit group that take after a plethora of all bird types. They have retractable talons and a screech that can deafen if they so choose.
Avian Traits
An ancient race that usually keep to them selfs on their island.Ability Score Increase
Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Age
Avians mature 50 and are considered ready for battle training. Around the age of 300 they are considered and elder and can join the ring of elders in their far away land.
Alignment
They prefer to stick to their kind but some independent Avians can Deviate.
Size
Avians can be 5-7 feet tall with a usually muscled strong body for they need to be able to defend them selfs.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Flight
You have a flying speed of 50 feet. To use this speed, you can’t be wearing medium or heavy armor.
Talons
You are proficient with your unarmed strikes, which deal 1d4 slashing damage on a hit.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common, Aarakocra, ancient avian, and Auran.
