Homebrew Aldrnari Species Details
When the first humans traveled north, the harsh environment proved to be deadlier then they had expected. Many succumbed to the cold before the elders devised a plan that would protect their people from the elements of this new land. The tribe’s most powerful priests united and with all their powers forged a pact with Sulfrid, a powerful giant who made his home under the volcanic Royke mountain. They bound flame spirits to the hearts of their unborn children so as to strengthen and protect them. The ritual was successful and those born proved immune to the cold of the north. Marked by their fiery red hair and eyes and tall stature, the people known as the Aldrnari now travel across the north in nomadic tribes. The Aldrnari do not stay in one place for too long and only have one permanent settlement where the tribes come together to discuss major matters that would affect their people as a whole.

The Aldrnari are hearty and resilient nomads.Agressive
As a bonus action, you can move up to your speed toward an enemy of your choice that you can see or hear. You must end this move closer to the enemy than you started.
Hearth Heart
Because of the flame spirit that enfolds an Aldrnari’s heart, you are immune to the extreme cold. You have resistance to cold damage. This gift is two fold, however, as an Aldrnari’s inner heat makes hot weather unbearable. You have disadvantage on Constitution saving throws due to extreme heat.
Powerful Build
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Hunter's Lore
You gain proficiency with two of the following skills of your choice: Animal Handling, Nature, Perception, Stealth, and Survival.
Sulfrid's Pact
If you die and your body is not cremated before the next setting sun then the flame spirit within you will animate your corpse as a blazing skeleton.
Ability Score Increase
Your Constitution score increases by 2, and your Strength score increases by 1.
Age
Aldrnari burn bright and short, they reach adulthood at age 12 and live up to 50 years.
Alignment
The Aldrnari are a few people whose hearts are full of great mirth and great melancholy. They are ruled by their hearts and it is hard from them to adhere to the laws of civilization.

Aldrnari, both men and women, are large in ego and in size. They average between 6 and 8 feet in height and weigh between 250 and 400 lbs. Your size is medium.
