Silent Angels

The aerstalkers look like normal humans, except for one thing: They have huge, feathery wings, which trail behind them, and let them fly. The wings can be many different colors, all dark, but the most common of them are in shades like birds'. Aerstalkers look exceptionally beautiful, and they sometimes use this power to charm their enemies.

 

Deadly Guardians

The aerstalkers patrol the skies, preventing incursions from winged monsters. They move silently, and often the last thing a marauding demon sees is the point of an aerstalker's lance.

Since you are an aerstalker, you have several powers in common with your people. These powers can be used well to help your friends, and to slay your enemies.

You have a flying speed of 30 feet.

You have a base walking speed of 30 feet.

Beguiling Charm

As an action, you can use your beauty to force an enemy to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the enemy will be under the effect of the suggestion spell for the next hour. After this is used, you cannot do this again until you finish a long rest.

Ability Score Increase

Your Dexterity increases by 1 and your Wisdom increases by 2.

Age

Aerstalkers mature around the age of 27 and can live indefinitely.

Alignment

Aerstalkers often tend toward chaos, inheriting it from the wild, open skies.

Size

Aerstalkers are slightly bigger than humans, averaging around 6 feet tall, and weigh around 138 pounds.

Languages

You can speak, read, and write Common and Celestial.

Extraordinary Lightness

You are extraordinarily light. Halve your weight and that of everything you are carrying when you are checking to see if something you are standing on triggers or breaks.

Holy Resistance

You have resistance to celestial and necrotic damage.
