Homebrew Buruminyaru Species Details

Buruminyaru (Bu-Ru-MIN-yar-00) or Buru for short a small fey marsupial folk with ancestry with possums, they are agile climbers, good short distance gliders and a wise beyond their years, they resemble their possum cousins in fur and tail but are bipedal fey. 

Habitat Specialists

Buruminyaru excel at adhering to and mastering the terrain of the chosen home, this helps them survive the weather and the locals. Though They are mostly found in the feywild or the Alfrae Forest tending to plants and small woodland creatures. It is possible they can turn up in any terrain even cities and once they choose a favoured terrain that choie sticks with them for life.

Buruminyaru revere and love nature and when one of the plants or animals in their local area is hurt they feel compelled to help it out. They commonly make great gardeners, druids as well as vets and truly love helping others out. 

At Home in the Dark, Support from the Shadows

Like their nocturnal ancestors, the Buru are well suited to the darker places on Alabraxus, most make their home in the elven nation of the Alfaerinian Forest, but its not uncommon for little tribes to be found in any forested area even small copse of trees. Buru see better than most in the dark, and a very good at hiding in natural places and shadowed places.
