Homebrew Abomination Species Details
Abominations are humans that under went a dark ritual, whether it was by choice to become stronger or because they were used as a test subject is up to the player. The Abomination is like a Lycanthrope or Shifter race but instead of some connection to a single animal they have traits from multiple monsters. This causes them to have permeant monstrous features that make them stand out as freaks of society and are ridiculed.

Mundane Monstrous Features
- CHOOSE ONLY THREE.
- Aquatic predator- you can breath under water and your swim speed is 30 feet.
- Chitinous skin- your unarmored score is 10 + your Con. mod. & Dex. mod. & can become resistance to non-magical piercing, slashing, & bludgeon damage for 10 minutes equal to your Con score (minimum of 1) until you take a short rest.
- Natural weapons-you have one of the following types of natural weapons that deal 1D6 of damage + Str. or Dex. to hit and damage: Talons(slashing)/ Fangs(piercing)/ Claws(slashing)/or Horns(peircing).
- Adapt Climber- Your climbing speed is 30 feet.
- Nocturnal- You have 120 feet of darkvision.
- Heighten sense- You can track someone by smell & hearing, and you have advantage on perception rolls for this.
- Tail- you have a tail that is prehensile and can be used to grab/trip/climb/ or make bonus action smack attack that uses either your Str. or Dex. mod to hit and for damage added to 1D4.
- Subterranean- you can burrow/dig 30 feet through dirt, you can burrow through rough stone at half speed.
- Glider- you can glide 15 feet before falling, you fall at a speed of 60 feet per round as if you were using the spell feather fall.
Special Monstrous Trait
- CHOOSE ONLY TWO.
- Cold or Hot- you can choose to be resistant to extreme heat & taking half fire damage or extreme cold and take half cold damage. You also are not effected by certain extreme climates like tundra's or volcanic islands.
- Regenerative- you gain an extra 2D6+Con. Mod. Hit Dice you can use during a short rest.
- Horrifying- Your very visage is consider horrific by most, you are proficient in Intimidation and you can let out a monstrous roar causing anyone who hears this to have to make a wisdom saving throw with a DC of 10 + your Charisma mod. your allies make this save with advantage, if anyone fails this they are affected as if by the fear condition. You can do this your cha. mod. amount of times, (min. of 1)
- Arcane resilience- you have advantage on saving throws against spells and are resistant to magical damage.
- Toxic- you are immune to poison damage & can spray a 15 foot cone of poison in front of you as a bonus action for 1D6 poison damage. you can do this your Con. mod. amount of times a short rest (min. of 1).
- Ravenous- your monstrous appetite lets you consume raw meat and even dead humanoids during a short rest to heal 2D4 + your con. mod./ any extra points left after you heal to full become temporary hit points until you long rest.
