Your strength increases by 2 and everything else is increased buy 1.

you can see perfectly in dim light and can see the same in bright light.

Your base swimming speed is 35

Pumped up

When you reach 2 or lower in hit points you can attack twice per-tern

Energy consumption 

You need to sleep 2 hours more than humans

Muscle supply

You need to eat and drink 4 times the amount of food and water per day

You take half bludgeoning damage.

Cold resistant 

You aren't affected buy cold weather and take half frost and cold damage.
