Due to the magical blood running through their veins snow weretigers have lifespan of up to 150 years. 

Snow weretigers tend toward chaotic alignments, as they let impulse and fancy guide their decisions. They are rarely evil, with most of them driven by curiosity, the same reason behind most of them wondering out into the world, when reaching adulthood.

Humans vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Regardless of your position in that range, your size is Medium.

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

In Hybrid and Animal Form, your walking speed is +10, and your climbing speed is 20 feet.

You can speak, read, and write Common and one extra language of your choice. Humans typically learn the languages of other peoples they deal with, including obscure dialects. They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Orc curses, Elvish musical expressions, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.

You cannot speak while in Animal Form.

Accustomed to dark mountains and the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Snow weretigers function best without an armor, so while you are wearing no armor and not wielding a shield, your AC equals 12 + your Dexterity modifier.

You have proficiency with the Perception and Stealth. Furthermore, you have advantage on Wisdom (perception) checks.  

DC for shapeshift: 9. Tiger HP  human HP + level, and as a hybrid your HP increases to Tiger HP + 15. You need more than 10 HP to change shape, and when falling to 5 HP you become human automatically.  

In Hybrid and Animal Form, you gain the usage of two natural weapons.

Claws: your claws are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d6 + your Dex modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike. In combat you may use a bonus action to make a second claw attack. 

Bite: your teeth count as natural weapons as well, and can make melee weapon attacks. On a hit, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d10 + your Dex modifier. Also if the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with weretiger lycanthropy.

The magical icy beats blood within you, grants you access to the cantrip Frostbite. When you reach level 3rd you also learn the cantrip Ray of Frost, and at 5th level you learn the spell Ice Knife (at 7th level you unlock the ability to cast it at level 2 and higher, according to your spell casting class table). Wisdom is your spell casting ability for these spells.
