Homebrew Abyssal Kin Species Details
the children of the rulers of the abyss they walk the world defiant and strong willed often birthing legends based upon their deeds and travels, they are dark skinned though sometimes much more grey and can have horns or tendrils poking from varying places on their heads. they often are very charismatic and protective of those they care about. and choose to see and nurture the good in the world despite their often less than pretty origins. some choose to fight in wars and some choose to help those scarred by them. regardless it is very rare for an abyssal kin to not give 110% in any and all of their efforts

despite their personalities abyssal kin have some very eerie and strange abilities gained from their unholy blood though they are very helpful regardless of what situation they`re used inTraits
Age Abyssal kin live as long as the abyss is deep that is to say a long time 900 - 1000 years and when they enter the abyss they start to age backwards every night they sleep a year creeps off the abyssal kin's soul.
personality Abyssal kin can turn to good or evil they are extremely passionate about what they do and do not back down.
popularity Abyssal kin are despised nearly everywhere they are known, and they're numbers in the world are extremely small roughly almost a thousand live across the entire world of Calydon.

dexterity and charisma both increase by 2 and an additional stat of your choice increases by 1
superior darkvision
you can see in darkness for up to 120 feet as if it were bright light and in dim light just the same

your walking speed is 35ft
Shadowy Talents
you have proficiency in stealth persuasion and deception, if you already have proficiency in any of these stats double your proficiency in them.
Shadowy step
you can walk on walls, ceilings, and water as if you were walking on normal solid ground
Night Walker
If you are walking in darkness dim light or non-natural light you can as a bonus action turn invisible. if you choose to become visible again it you become enveloped in a cloak of dark mist then the mist dissipates, if a non-friendly creature sees this it must succeed on a will save of 10 + your charisma modifier or become frightened of you for 1d4 rounds

Posted Aug 3, 2021Expertise in three skills at level 1, a total of 5 extra attribute points (most races only get 3) and basically unlimited invisibility as many times you want. And the invisibility doesn't end when you attack, either. This is crazy broken.
Also capitalisation is a thing.
