It is believed they mature at the same rate as humans but their full lifespan is unknown. No one has ever seen an "Old" looking fairy. Once Fairies mature they look the same age for the rest of their lives, the oldest known fairy lived to be a few millennia and eventually died due to food poisoning rather than old age. 

Fairies tend to have chaotic personalities but rarely mean any actual harm, they rarely listen to orders or follow rules unless there is an incentive. While both evil and good fairies exist, they are much more likely to stay neutral in most matters unless they are directly affected.

Your small and slender frame is built for flight rather than strength. Your size is small. Most fairies only reach between 2 to 3ft tall and only weigh around 20lbs.

You've flown your entire life, rarely needing to walk anywhere because why would you? You can fly! Your base Walking speed is only 10ft due to your small size but you have a flying speed of 40ft, but only when you are wearing light or no armor.

When under an effect that would drop your speed to 0, instead of falling you instead can hover in place. If something attempts to pull you out of the sky you may make a dexterity saving throw to attempt to dodge their grasp. You do fall to the ground if knocked unconscious and if higher than 5ft you automatically fail one death saving throw.

You are used to the icy cold temperatures of your homeland. As such you are acclimated to extreme cold and ignore difficult terrain caused by Ice and Snow, but are more prone to exhaustion when exposed to extreme heat and require more water than the average fairy to stay hydrated. 

Due to your fae blood, you have advantage to being charmed and you cannot be magically put to sleep.

Due to the nature of your being, you innately know the Frostbite cantrip.
