Homebrew Blemmyae Species Details

Known to be between 6-7 ft., the blemmyae are often feared. While they look almost humanoid, their distinct lack of a head tend to scare away other intelligent creatures. They're described to come in two varients; one where their eyes can be found on their shoulders and the other where their eyes accompany their mouth on their chest. Blemmyae aren't known to grow any sort of body nor facial hair and prefer to go without clothing. Clothed blemmyae have been known to be seen around settlements and cities.  

Often throughout time blemmyae have been captured and trained for the entertainment of folk of royalty and noble nature. You can still find blemmyae being kept as slaves for the entertainment of others, but now you can also find people who fight against the practices. People who spend their lives fighting against the oppression of these people.

The blemmyae grow large and strong, through they may not be the most intelligent by societies standards they flourish in their own ways, using their intellect to survive in the wild

Your size and build give you advantage on saving throws against poison and you have resistance against poison damage.

Age

Not much is known about the aging of blemmyae due to them usually dying whilst in capture. But they have been known to reach over 150 year old if let live freely.

Alignment

Blemmyae are most often found Neutral (N) in any given situation, though they tend to be goodhearted and kind so a lot of the time if not Neutral (N) they find themselves to Neutral Good (NG).
