Homebrew Anifail Species Details

Physical Description

Ranging from 5 to 6 feet tall, Anifail have varying tones and stand with a hunter-like energy. They have freckled faces and light brown hair, their eyes a dark orange like a wolf's.

Habitat

From coast to coast in Zottezen's forests, Anifail make camps and cottages. The seasons are extreme in the forests, many of their inhabitants hibernating through Winter. They have overwhelming numbers spread across the land, their goals not always aligning. 

Culture

Assigned an animal form at seven years old, Anifail learn how to utilize the transformation to its potential at a  young age. Anifail animal forms determine where you belong in society. These are assigned randomly, your animal form cannot be chosen.

Anifail Traits

Anifail are bound to the moon spirit Luna, and receiving a variety of attributes for it.

Ability Score Increase

Your Charisma increases by 2. Choose another +2 to another Ability Score of your choosing, or +1 to two Ability Scores.

Age

Anifail reach maturity at age 18 and can live to be 70 years old.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Beastform

Roll 1d8 to decide your Beastform from the table below. You can use an Action to shapeshift in or out of Beastform. When your animal form reaches 0 HP, you revert to normal and all additional damage carries over.
