Homebrew Zarivorn's Elan Race Species Details
Elan are he product of experimentation on sentient races to heighten their mental capacity to the absolute limits. They still bear resemblance to their original race but due to their sharp minds have become distant of non-Elan. This makes them shunned by many, but they have no time for the lower races either.
Zarivorn's Elan Race Traits
Elan are made for perfection.ASI
Your mind and body have been artificially enhanced, filling you with vitality and intellect. You gain a +2 to Intelligence and Constitution.
The lower races dislike your perfection, but you don't need them. You gain a -1 to Charisma.
Aberrant Mind
Your mind is alien and your thoughts hard to grasp. Your strange thoughts give you advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and your unparallelled mind gives you resistance to psychic damage
Unnatural insight
Your intellect has been experimentally enhanced, you gain proficiency in the Insight skill.
Artificial Psionics
You have been given minor psionic abilities. You can cast the cantrips Guidance and Blade Ward at will.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write common and two other languages of your choice.
Repletion
You may perform a ritual that takes 1 minute and allows you to not require food or drink for 12 hours. You may not perform this ritual again until you finish a long rest.
