Homebrew Arachneo Species Details
Arachneos are humanoid, usually standing 4 to 6 feet in height with an average of weight of 120 lbs. They appear similar to drow, with silvery hair, purple skin/exoskeletons, and 8 eyes. They have small fangs coming out of the sides of their mouth. With there 6 arms and two legs, these creatures are extremely dexterous. their hands and feet are coated with a substance that allows them to stick to walls, and climb quickly. The arachneo's limbs are segmented, with a somewhat tough exoskeleton. they have anywhere from 2 to 8 eyes. This makes their vision extremely good even in the dark. but be warned these creatures are often not to be trusted, as most seem to dislike the other races, sometimes including members of their own species. A social arachneo is a strange one indeed.

The Arachneo are a strange race with an odd physiology that grants them abilities some may consider unnatural.Ability Score Alterations
Having six arms, you're obviously very dexterous, giving you a +2 bonus to your dexterity. Though, your lack of focus lowers your intelligence by 1, and your Wisdom by 1.
Split focus
Arachneo are able focus on multiple things at a time with ease allowing them to successfully multi task, this gives them the ability to take 2 bonus actions instead of one, so long as they have the hands free to do so.
Unfocused
while they're good multitaskers, arachneo's ability to rapidly switch between thinking processes causes them to have the attention span of a goldfish, and they can't seem to focus on something for more then an hour. If they must concentrate on anything for more then an hour (like attuning to a magic object) it will take twice the time and effort. Along with this you have disadvantage on all insight checks and will saves because of your unfocused mind.
Ambidextrous
you are ambidextrous with all of your hands and are able to do things like write and wield a weapon in all of them.
6-Armed
because of your 6 arms you may wield either 6 one handed weapons or 3 two handed weapons or any combination of your choice. if you would get extra attack you get two extra attacks instead of one.
Compound eyes
Your superior eyesight allows you to see not just in front of you but also to your sides, you also have dark vision of up to 30ft. However, you can only see in shades of purple and blue while seeing in darkvision.
