Homebrew Altmer Species Details

The Altmer consider themselves the most civilized culture of Tamriel, a claim which holds some merit. The common tongue of the Third Empire, Tamrielic, is based on their speech and writing. Most of the crafts, arts, and sciences used in the Empire are derived from Altmeri tradition. The clothing, manners, arts, and crafts of the Altmer are refined. While their achievements are admired by the races of Tamriel, their culture is considered less important, as they focus on their glories in martial tradition and their mastery of sorcery and enchantments.

Highborn

After you successfully cast a cantrip, you can choose to cast it again as a bonus action. This feat can affect 1st level spells at level 6, 2nd level spells at level 10 and 3rd level spells at level 17. The bonus cast does not consume ressources or spell slots, but must be rolled as normal. You must take a long rest to use this feature again.
