Homebrew Witch Species Details

A powerful race of magic users, Witches were first driven to exile and death during the early eras of magic, feared for their mastery over all forms of magic. The main way that they survived was by disguising themselves as elves, hiding their arcane markings. The large, colorful markings covering their bodies made it easy for them to be found, and only a few remained in the world. The markings on their bodies often take after the color of some form of magic (Acid, Psychic, Ice, Fire, Etc.), while the size determines how adept they are (larger markings mean more proficiency).
