You con hold your breath for up to an hour without having to come up for air.

Your shell gives you a AC of 17 (your Dex modifier doesn’t affect this). Armor has no affect on you, but you can still have a shield and apply it’s bonus as usual.

As an action, you can retract into your shell. Until you emerge, you gain a +4 bonus to AC, and you have advantage on Str and Con saving throws. While in your shell, your movement speed is 0, you are prone, you have disadvantage on Dex saving throws, and you can’t take reactions. The only action you can take is to emerge from your shell.

You gain proficiency in the Survival skill.
