Homebrew Civil Goblin Species Details

Goblins are small, squat creatures about 3 to 4 feet tall with pointed ears and equally pointy teeth. Normally, they have darker colored hair and greenish-grey skin. It's not uncommon, however, for them to take on pigments akin to Tieflings, to which they are very loosely related. They have beady black eyes and flat faces. Besides that, goblins are very numerous and varied creatures almost more than humans.
