Homebrew Wrencher Goblin Species Details

...and with a great cacophonous noise Trizzax's machine came to life. Spewing black smoke, and arcing small lighting bolts to the surrounding area. I yelled over the noise "It works Trizzax! But what does it do?". Just as Trizzax turned to explain he simply poofed from existence. Nothing left but charred boot prints where he stood in his final moments. We actually aren't sure if he had died in the accident, or was simply transported...we don't even know what the machine does, we haven't turned it on since. Only the working class goblins have the right mixture of bravado and curiosity to consider such pursuits. — Hara Jaboor Izzet chronomancer

While wrencher goblins are technically goblins when considering biology, their attitudes and lifestyles hardly resemble that of their "more" feral cousins. Having split from the larger goblin tribes, by means of walking out, being exiled, becoming misplaced at birth, or as many of the new generations of goblins are experiencing being born into the cities, these goblins have more in common ideologically with rock gnomes than their own kin. They are masters of machinery, but their ancestral attraction to danger can't seem to be shook loose from their code. Be it teleportation machines, flying machines, weapons, or explosives the wrenchers have a proud heritage of dying at their own hands from pushing their own machinations to the limit, which is considered a glorious way to go amongst their peers.
