Homebrew Daemon Species Details

Daemons are fearsome creatures from hell. Originally all daemons were fallen angels, however only a few of them remain as they are ancient. Most daemons are created by the lords of hell, loyal to their master. They seek out lust, pain, agony, death, and destruction. They have horns, bat-like wings, a tail, and long black fingernails. They’re skin ranges from bright red to pitch black, and from smooth to scaly.

 

Daemon Traits

Your daemon character has several natural abilities from thousands of years of daemonic ancestry.

Ability Score Increase.

Your Charisma score increases by 2 and your Strength score by 1.

Age

Daemons mature at the same pace as humans but are immortal.

Alignment

Due to their nature daemons range from neutral to evil, they are rarely good.

Size

Daemons are 5 to 8ft fall and have muscular builds. Your size is medium.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 30 ft.

Daemonic Wings

You can fly at a base speed of 25ft.

Threatening Presence

You have an expertise in Intimidation.

Hellish Resilience

Your daemonic blood gives you immunity to fire, but vulnerability to cold.

Darkvision

Growing up in hell, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
