Homebrew Anuboid incarnate Species Details

At some point in history, the God of Death incarnated himself into various bodies that acted as avatars for him to act through: The Anuboid Incarnate. These avatars have two conscious minds, one a shared hive mind between them all, the mind of the God of Death, which controls the fate of the Anuboid, the other their own conscience. The dominant mind depends on the Anuboid, but their nature will carry their fates toward being the judges of this world

Hounds of Limbo’s Justice

Anuboids are humanoids, but their doglike faces and jet black furless bodies are their calling card. Anuboids stand between 5 and 6 feet tall and are quite slender, usually weighing around 160 pounds.

Anuboids are set to pursue the justice of the world, and so must maintain a godlike composure and image. They regard injury as disgraceful and reject most healing, choosing to heal themselves in private instead.

The Call of Death

The God of Death’s strings are tied tightly to the Anuboids, and they cannot resist that control easily. As they act as Avatars, Anuboids tend to be harsh and judgemental and fear death more than any other, as they can easily be plucked from this world instantaneously. Yet the power of this divinity still lingers within them, an great fires have been said to erupt from their palms when in battle.

The Golden Courts

Anuboids build great cities for themselves on the surface world, usually in deserts, and they contain illustrious courts and monuments to death, they usually don’t attract much business due to strict laws, regulations and most often an oppressive police state. Most often however, the city will establish a basic income for its citizens, and thus attract many other peoples to live in the city.
