Most of them were shunned for their sinful behaviour and maniacal habits... some just barely slipped under the radar, living in the outskirts of society and limiting their criminal acts... and some frolick in the bad reputation they have gained, glad people are terrified of them, and loving every scream of fear...
Deathborne Traits
Deathborne's often do not mix well with others... they are cocky, as they let near-omnipotence flood their head. They mainly hang around with each other, in an insanely rare case, however. There are some that are very charismatic...Ability score increased
You may increase 3 ability scores of your choice by 1.

Deathborne Form
As a bonus action, you may enter your true form until the end of your next turn. During this time, you have advantage on all saving throws. You gain 2 levels of Exhaustion upon exiting this form.
Death Hungers.
As an action while grappling a creature no larger than your size, you may attempt to consume them using your deathborne form’s maw. You do not have to be in deathborne form to use this. You must contest your Constitution saving throw with their Strength saving throw. If you succeed, they take 2d8+your Constitution modifier acid damage. You may only do this once per creature every long rest.
