You can speak, read, and write Common and Bah-Sah. Bah-Sah can only be spoken by a member of the Amphi race for its speech involves croaks but can be understood with practice.

The Amphi have a unique life cycle as they spend their youth in Spawn Pools overseen by the developed adults; it is during this crucial and vulnerable phase that the tadpoles are educated and develop cognitive abilities. On average, Amphi spend the first 3 years of their life as a growing tadpole which leads to their transition into a pseudo adult. As a pseudo adult, the once tadpoles may now walk, breathe air, and join the rest of their people in the upkeep of their civilization but will not fully mature until the age of 7 years old. The Amphi can live upwards of 40 years-old.

While the Amphikar are a socially driven race they are self-serving in their dealings with outsiders and tend to be Chaotic Neutral.

Like their wild counterparts, the Amphi are extremely agile and are capable of nimble movement whether they're on foot, scaling a steep incline, or diving through the perils of the deep. Your base walk speed is 25 feet, your base climb speed is 25 feet, and your base swim speed is 35 feet.

The Amphi have specialized rods in their retina's that not only allow for superb vision in the dark but darkvision with full perception of color. You can see in dim light within 90 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can discern full colors in bright and dim light while perceiving darker shades in pitch darkness.
