Homebrew Wolven Species Details

Wolven are indigenous beastmen who dwell in the Wilderness. In winter, the wolven are engaged in a fierce territorial battle with old and new enemies. The wolven are strong, werewolf-like creatures. Once a year, they hold a mighty celebration that honors their god and how lucky they are to be together. Wolven are very defensive. If anyone other than a wolven comes to visit their village, they will immediately attack them.

Wolven Traits

𝐖𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐬. Your wolven character has the following racial traits. Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Strength score increases by 1. Age. Wolven reach adulthood at age 12 and live up to 90 years. Alignment. Wolven are typically chaotic good, as they are wild. A few wolven might tend toward evil or neutrality, but only rarely. Size. Wolven are between 5 and 6 feet tall and weigh between 90 and 150 pounds. Your size is Medium. Speed. Your base walking speed is 35 feet. Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you. Endangered Fury. When you damage a creature with an attack or a spell and you have less than 5 hit points, you can cause the attack or spell to deal extra damage to the creature. The extra damage equals your level. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest. Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common, Celestial, and Primodorial.
