Homebrew Axolotl Species Details
The Axolotl are a rare aquatic race, native to pools located deep in the caves of the Underdeep. They have an appearance very similar to the axolotl, Ambystoma mexicanum, except humanoid and considerable bluer.

Axolotls usually only grow to around 4 or 5 feet. Your size is Medium
Superior Darkvision
Your Darkvision has a radius of 120 feet.
Amphibious Nature
You can breathe both air and water.
Axolotl Regeneration
You have a pool of HP equal to your Constitution Modify + your Level you can use once per Long Rest, and you regrow lost limbs after one week.
Water Dependency
If you fail to immerse yourself in water for at least 1 hour during a day, you suffer 1 level of exhaustion at the end of that day. You can recover from this exhaustion only through magic or by immersing yourself in water for at least 1 hour.
