Homebrew Worgen Species Details

Worgen look very much like wolves standing erect in humanoid form, though they lack a tail. The first worgen had fur of vibrant hues matching the colors of their wolf kin, but generations of interbreeding have created a more uniform appearance. Their thick, dense fur are usually brown or black in color, sometimes ranging to gray, white or tan. They are tall and strongly built, often standing close to 6½ feet tall and weighing 200 pounds or more. Their hands and feet are strong, talonlike claws with four fingers and a thumb on each hand.

Their culture is based of wolven cultre. The Alfa leads his clan with two or three advisors. Clans are small with up to fifteen members. The strength and cunning are their most valued abilities. They are often treated like abominations by priest devoted to the light domains but are greatly uplifted among priest devoted to knowledge. They are usually recruited into the ranks of warlocks, fighters, rangers and barbarians.
