Your Con increases by 2 and Your Dex increases by 1.

Just like plants, Bramble roots live long, and grow slow. You mature at age 100, and you live to 1,500

Most plants live beyond civilization. As they are not respected as worthy lifeforms, most are chaotic, and they can vary, from the most evil corrupted wilting sprout, from a growth sprout, very flourishing. This Is not the bramble root's choice. A corrupted sprout can try to fight the evil corrupting the land, hence a corrupt sprout can be good, while a growth spout can be evil.

Once per short rest,  you may  take a action to gain 1d12 Hp, and you glow with a shade of green or brown light. (Your choice)

When a nonmagical melee/raged attack hits, make a con save of DC 16. If you succeed, subtract from the damage, equal to your level.

A corrupt sprout was blighted, but is they chose to fight it, they can be great. Growth sprouts are lively and green. They live in healthy forests.
