Homebrew Wolf Giant Species Details
History: Wolf giants have had a war filled history and are accustomed to warfare and are trained from a young age
Wolf Giants:
Ability score increase: Your strength increases by 2 and dexterity scores increase by 1
Age: They live on average 6 centuries ut have been known to live up to nine they mature at age 40
Alignment: They are known to be chaotic
Size: Most Wolf Giants tower above other humanoids at around 14-20 feet tall your size is large
Speed: Their powerful and muscled legs give them powerful strides and have a base speed of 40
Huge physique: You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity
Stare down: You are used to seeing people squirm under your gaze and you can reveal your intentions. You have advantage on intimidation checks and you can roll a d20 and if you roll 14+ you may see their intentions.
Wolf Giants have thick fur and skin and you add 1d12+Your strength modifier to your Hp
You are resistant to cold damage
Your weapons are accustomed to your size and do an extra d4 of damage because of their size.
Your people have developed a spell to hide them. You gain the invisibility spell
they can't be grappled by anything Medium or smaller, any weapons/armor they use would have to be custom made and cost several times the cost, their carrying capacity is insane
Normal folk hate them and often refuse their service because of their size and numerous Wolf Giants have drinking problems
You cannot use normal sized weapons and look down upon those who wield them. Weapons for your size often cost more. In the past they were enslaved by kings to lay siege to enemy kingdoms. People believe they were hunted to near extinction and they are sought after to use for war. If they eat anything other than meat ( they can drink anything) they will be violently ill and take a d20 of poison damage and are poisoned for the next hour. They vomit greenish acid that eals 1d8 acid damage to anyone that touches it.
