Homebrew Dhampir Species Details
Born of a union between life and death, the Dhampir are rare people. This is not to say that Dhampir are strictly created through a vampire bedding a mortal; the union of two Dhampirs will also produce a Dhampir. In fact, there are a number of Dhampir clans; some dedicated to serving their progenitor as if they were demigods. others dedicated to eradication of all Vampires, and those other clans which lay anywhere in between. Dhampirs may also be born to a Vampire who wishes some purpose upon them; perhaps a spy that can travel in the light of day, or perhaps an heir, in the unlikely event of their own death. Or, perhaps, as a plaything.
