If your a serious fan than i don't need to explain, but still once in awhile a guy/gal has to go. Yet for some reason you will have a chance to literally shit gold every three ration or meals make a constitution roll and see if your lucky. If you are you can add poop gold to your inventory, or leave it , not my choice.
