You don't eat normal food or water. Every day you must consume honey in replacement of food and water (a jar of honey per 20 hit points of your max hp). You can make this honey if you are in an area with flowers nearby, taking an hour to make a jar's worth. Store-bought honey works too.

Since you are compromised of bees, you cant speak any language that isnt buzzing, however, if you add a nice zzz to the end of all those broken vowel sounds youre halfway there. Also you can understand common.

You can send small amounts of your swarm out to scout areas or sting targets, temporarily reducing your max hit points by 1 per 20 bees. (A max of 40 bees) If the bees return you gain those hit points back. 

Starting at level 6, you can send large parts of your swarm out. While the bees are out you can control them with your bonus action. If you have sent out enough bees, you can swarm a target as an attack. 300 bees swarm a tiny creature. 700 bees swarm a small creature. 1500 bees swarm a medium creature. 3000 bees swarm a large creature. 

You can replenish 20 of your bees back by eating a jar of honey and taking a long rest. They replenish over the course of the long rest. You can only use this action once per day.

Gain proficiency in Nature and Survival

Each 20 bees in your swarm can make a natural attack, Sting. When they sting a target the bees die.

Sting. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 15 (2d10+5) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way.
