Homebrew Dhampir Species Details

The Dhampir are a rare species created from the union of a full-blooded vampire and a mortal, whether they be human, elven, etc. Dhampir do not have a specific culture of their own, as their existence is unprecedented. They are often despised and hunted for having tainted blood and being monstrous bastardizations of mortality.
