Homebrew Awakened Frog Species Details

You are a frog that some how gained sentience, perhaps you were once a person but a witch polymorphed you while leaving your brain in tact, perhaps you took a dip in the pools of wisdom at a monks monetarist and it enlightened you. what ever the case you are a frog with the mind of a person. 

Awakened Frog Traits

being a frog you have a hand full of useful things you can do and you are hard to hit but you are still a frog and therefore not very hearty.

Amphibious

You can breath both air and water.

Ability Score Adjustments

you gain the following Ability score adjustments. 

Squishy

Due to your frail physique and small stature you aren't as hearty as a humanoid, and must reduce the amount of hp you revive from leveling up, not including bonuses from Constitution or feats, by half rounded up. this inst something i can get dndb to do to your character sheet so you will have to enforce this yourself.

Small and Jumpy

your size and fast reactions grant a +5 bonus to your AC.

Inconspicuous

you have advantage on stealth checks as long as you are in an area where frogs aren't rare.
