this is the fabled wisdom often given to those that are lucky, or unlucky enough to stumble upon a magic Genie. while many will wish for Riches, power, or even to extend thier own lives, there are others of a more pure heart who use thier wishes to create life. though the magic of a Genie, A child is born and from that immaculate conception, a Genie will bestow a minor blessing upon the child to assure thier wish will not be in vein. this blessing will help protect this blessed child as they find their way in a world that they find themselves lucky enough to inhabit.
Enchanted Tail
your Genie's blessng allows you to temporarily take thier ghostly tail.
as a bonus action, for one minute, your Feet dissapear and ar replaces by a whispy tail of vapor. for the duration, you may hover your movement speed for turn. while hovering, you are unable to acend. you also will drop 5 ft. per round for every 100 pounds you are carrying outside of your personal equipment.
